Company offers full service Maintenance
Agreements. Our Maintenance agreements vary from a
full service agreement, to an agreement that offers
two annual clean and checks and a 20% discount on
all parts and repairs. Our maintenance visits
include a 16 point check list that our technicians
go through to ensure that your system is in proper
working order.
Our service technicians are
licensed and trained to work on all types of HVAC
equipment. Our certified technicians attend classes
regularly to stay up to date with the changes in the
HVAC industry.

24 Hour Service
A & A Service Company offers 24 Hour emergency
service, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. There is always a
licensed service technician on call to adhere to an
emergency you might have with your HVAC equipment.

A & A Service Company also
does Replacement of all types of HVAC equipment. Our company
installs American Standard equipment as well as Goodman
equipment. However we can install any type of residential
HVAC equipment if the homeowner has a certain preference.
Normal replacements are completed in one day, depending
on the size of the job. We offer free estimates on
replacements normally within the same day of service or
call. Our replacement division is held to the highest
standard just as all our divisions are.
Preventative Maintenance
Under our service contracts we offer Preventative
Maintenance visits as well as performing these visits
without an agreement. A & A Service Company provides a
licensed and trained maintenance technician to ensure that
your HVAC system is in proper working order. Our maintenance
technicians go through a 16 point checklist to ensure the
highest quality service of your HVAC system. Some of the
things our Preventative Maintenance Visits include:
Inspection, cleaning and or replacing of all filters in the
units
Checking thermostat calibration
Checking
refrigerant pressures
Checking and tightening of all
electrical connections
Oiling and greasing all motors
Checking belts for proper condition and tension
Cleaning
drains and inserting pro-treat tablets to ensure mold and
mildew does not grow in drain pan
