Because we highly recommend theuse of metal ductwork versus fiberglass duct board, we make all of our ductwork from sheet metal in our own shop. Each job is custom made to the design of each individual system's requirements. The duct is insulated above code requirements and sealed on each section with hard cast sealant. There are qualified and experienced duct crews who install the duct work, once it is ready. Unfortunately, Sussex County, Delaware, doesn't regulate the HVACR (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration) industry, and almost anyone can claim to be an expert. For your protection, when you are remodeling or building a home, be sure to investigate your HVACR contractor. Ask for references and insurance verification.
